About Jeanne Egan

My family and I relocated to Florida, from the Northeast, after years of vacations and trips to explore the area. It was the best decision we made as a family. I want to share this with anyone looking for a new or improved lifestyle.

Before becoming a Licensed Realtor, I worked as a Pediatric Health Care professional. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Wagner College and a Master of Occupational Therapy from New York University. I worked with children and their families in early intervention, private outpatient clinics and educational settings. All of this former experience has revolved around home and community support and involvement. I know the importance of the right home and community.

I know that having that personal experience of relocating my family from the Northeast to Florida is helpful to ensure a smooth transition for other families, couples or single individuals going through the same process. It is a personal, emotional, yet very exciting experience. I give my customers a unique perspective and the, “what to expect guide”, now that I am a “local” to the area and community. I can answer all your questions to prepare you for your best home and community search and selection. I save my clients time and money by being a skilled negotiator, networking and connecting sellers and buyers. I use many platforms, especially social media to find buyers and drive traffic to my listings. I devote time in new construction developments, on a weekly basis, and have developed relationships with the sales staff so I am informed on current availability and what is going to be released.

In addition to my busy life being a Realtor, I enjoy spending time with my two children, husband and dog. We travel all over the State of Florida for our children’s sporting events, which further develops my knowledge of Real Estate throughout the state. I am very passionate about cooking and love to go out with friends to compare my talents to that of the local restaurants. Lastly, boating is a big family favorite so we spend time on the Intracoastal Waterway and cruising The Gulf of Mexico.
