About Erika Perrone

I am a native Floridian. I grew up in South Florida then moved to Atlanta Georgia. After living in Atlanta for ten years my husband and I began to miss the Florida lifestyle and weather. We knew we didn’t want to move back to South Florida, so we took a trip to the Tampa Bay area and fell in love with all that it had to offer. Currently we reside in Wesley Chapel and spend our time enjoying all that the city has to offer. In my down time I can be found at the gym, enjoying different restaurants in the community, and watching my son play lacrosse. Prior to becoming a licensed a Realtor I was a Registered Nurse. As a registered nurse I enjoyed helping others. I am using my passion for helping others and my passion for real estate to help others find their dream home. I know the importance of finding the right home and right community. I understand the stresses that come with relocating, and I want to help ease the process for my clients.
