About Brianna Smith

Brianna was a seasonal resident for 12 years traveling back and forth from the Midwest to South Florida. Eventually, she decided to make the big move to Florida and landed in Tampa. Tampa in ways resembled her home, Chicago, in the sense of a lively city. Although, after some time there she decided to make the move from Tampa to be closer to family down south to the greater Naples area.

Family and friends are the single most important pieces in her life. Playing sand volleyball, taking the pup to the dog park, endless sister dates, and traveling all along the gulf coast are some of her most favored things to do in her spare time.

Brianna brings a wealth of experience from the lending world, where she was formerly a loan processor, as well as knowledge from the transaction coordination side. She has grown a deep passion for real estate and is excited to continuously grow her knowledge and is dedicated to providing the best service for clients and her team.
