About Mel Giallombardo

I am originally from Ohio, but when I visited the Sarasota area in the early 2000’s, I knew this was the place for me. I relocated to the Lakewood Ranch area in 2001. I have really enjoyed watching this area grow and change over the years.

Prior to becoming a licensed realtor, I was a teacher for 16 years. I have both personally and professionally been involved in the real estate world for almost 20 years.

In addition to my professional life, I am also a mother of three. I lead a very active lifestyle in which I enjoy watching my children play sports and I too, enjoy outdoor activities. Also, coming from an Italian family, I have a passion for cooking, entertaining and spending time with friends and family.
